The focus behind this three-day conference is to create space for students to Encounter God, equip youth leaders, and foster connections between the youth ministries of our region.
The Encounter Conference (formerly known as Generation Conference) has been hosted by Redeemer Church for over 25 years. We are a non-denominational church located in Upstate NY.
From the beginning we’ve had a heart for generational ministry. Redeemer Church was founded in the 80s during the renewal movement. Over the years, we’ve seen blessing as we’ve poured into the youth and leaders that come through our doors. That is why in 1997, we started this conference with the hope to help other churches in our area do the same thing.
