TWO CONFERENCES FOR ONE PRICE AT ONE TIME!
We want to create space for the students of our region to have life changing encounters with God by hearing His truth and responding to His spirit. With so many voices from culture speaking, we have to stop and listen to Jesus. Take the time to carve out space for Him with us and you will not regret it! Listen to God's call and watch your life change!During the morning and afternoon, there will be six sessions for the youth in the main sanctuary. There will be three main evening sessions where youth and leaders are combined.
We want to equip those on the front lines of youth ministry with what they need to reach this generation through fellowship, prayer, and training sessions with some of the leading voices in youth ministry. Youth leaders are those on the front lines of leading Gen Z often with little to no help! We want to help reach this generation together!During the morning and afternoon, leaders will have space to create relationships, share ideas, and be equipped to minister to this generation. The Encounter Conference is an annual regional youth and leaders conference located in Utica, NY for churches and youth ministries. We are a three day conference whose focus is to create space for students to Encounter God, equip youth leaders, and create connections between the youth ministries of our region.

Our conference was founded on the vision to see young people in middle school, high school, and college encounter God in a real way, and for adult pastors and leaders to be equipped to reach this generation. Students and leaders will have simultaneous separate sessions.

The cost per internal ticket is $68 for our early bird rate and goes up by $10 monthly after September 30th. Only 650 total tickets are available.

This year our online streaming package will be free! You can find all our past livestreams on our youtube.

We do not provide lodging or food for the conference but within minutes from our site, there are many hotels & restaurants! We will have food trucks available before and after some of our sessions.
